Please note that we currently ship only within the UK but are hoping to expand our delivery destinations soon.

Delivery Timeframe
We won’t just rely on good fortune but will align all stars on our side to get your order delivered within 10 working days from the order date. Please note that although we would like to control all the external conditions, such as weather, unfortunately, we are not that powerful. Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we all know we can’t deal with flooding or snow.

Courier and Tracking
Your order will be delivered with our Evri or Royal Mail partners. Once your order has been picked up, you will receive the tracking number.

Delivery Cost
To give you peace of mind, we will cover the shipping cost, making it free of charge for all UK-based customers.

Packaging
Your order will be packed in custom-formulated boxes to ensure plant safety.

We're confident you'll love your green friends, but if you're not over the moon with your purchase, here's our down-to-earth return policy:

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your plant if it's not aligning with your chi or your stars. We've got you covered!

Condition of Returns

Living and thriving: Plants must be returned in their original, living condition. No wilted or neglected flora, please!

Original packaging: Use the original pot and packaging for returns. It's like a spaceship for your plant's journey back to us.

Accessories included: All plant care instructions and zodiac-themed accessories must be returned with the plant.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at returns@plantual.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Whether Mercury's in retrograde or your chakras are misaligned, we want to know!

We'll send you a return label faster than you can say "Capricorn rising."

Drop off your box at the convenient courier location stated on the shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive your plant back in its original, starry-eyed condition:

We'll process your refund within 10 business days.

You'll receive a full refund for the plant price, minus the original shipping cost.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. No need to consult your horoscope for this one!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't match your astrological order:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

We'll sort it out faster than you can say "Mercury direct!"
