No, you cannot choose the specific plant yourself - that’s the beauty of the mystery box! The mystery and surprise element is part of the Plantual experience. We carefully select a houseplant based on your chosen criteria (wellbeing needs or star sign) to ensure you receive a plant that best suits you.

All our plants are unique. Each plant has its own individual characteristics, growth patterns, and subtle variations that make it one-of-a-kind. Plus, it's very important to us that our plants aren't likely to be found in the day-to-day shops or garden centres!

As part of our mystery box experience, you won't know which plant you'll receive in advance. We'll email you detailed care instructions for your specific plant.

We take your safety seriously. We'll include information in care instructions on whether the plant is toxic for pets or children. Each plant is also clearly labeled for easy identification upon arrival. However, please bear in mind that we can’t address or foresee any allergy reactions.

The pot size for our plants is typically 6cm. The actual size of the plant depends on the variety of the plant.

Don’t worry, we got you covered! If your plant arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@plantual.shop Send photos of the damaged/incorrect item and we’ll send a replacement plant imminently.
